Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
JobBox ("JobBox", "we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered career, recruiting, meeting, and professional networking platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, create an account, use our web or mobile applications, interact with JennyAI or JobBox Meet, apply to jobs, post roles, book services, communicate with us, or otherwise use JobBox products and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you use JobBox through an employer, recruiter, institution, business, or other organization, that organization may separately control some information about you and its own privacy notices may also apply.
Where This Policy Applies
This Policy applies when you access JobBox websites, applications, dashboards, public pages, shared links, AI tools, job boards, talent network features, meetings, document tools, newsletters, events, support channels, and related Services.
This Policy does not replace privacy notices provided by employers, recruiters, schools, agencies, or other organizations that use JobBox to manage their own candidates, employees, job postings, interviews, or communities. When those organizations decide why and how your information is processed, please contact them directly for questions about their processing.
People Covered
- Job seekers and talent members: People who create profiles, upload resumes, use career tools, apply to jobs, join talent networks, or interact with JennyAI.
- Recruiters, employers, mentors, agencies, and institutions: People and organizations that post opportunities, review candidates, manage interviews, offer services, or operate branded communities.
- Meeting participants: People who join JobBox Meet sessions, use AI meeting assistants, speak with JennyAI, or receive meeting summaries and recordings.
- Visitors and contacts: People who browse our website, subscribe to updates, request demos, contact support, or interact with our social pages.
Our Role and Organization-Managed Data
JobBox may act as an independent controller for account, website, billing, security, support, product analytics, and direct-to-user Services. For some employer, recruiter, school, agency, team, or enterprise workflows, JobBox may process information on behalf of the organization that controls the workspace or feature.
If your account, application, interview, profile, recording, transcript, or candidate record is managed by an organization, that organization may determine who can access it, how long it is kept, whether it is exported, and how it is used for recruiting, HR, education, or business purposes. Requests about organization-controlled information may need to be directed to that organization.

Information From Other Sources
- Organizations and team members: Employers, recruiters, schools, agencies, mentors, or collaborators may provide information about candidates, jobs, interviews, referrals, or organization access.
- Job boards and public sources: Public job listings, company information, hiring pages, professional links, and other public or licensed datasets used to power job discovery and matching.
- Service providers and integrations: Identity, authentication, analytics, payment, email, calendar, storage, meeting, AI, and infrastructure providers may return limited information needed to operate the Services.
- Connected accounts: If you connect a third-party account, we receive information authorized by that connection and use it only for the feature you enabled.
- Communications providers: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, voice, or calendar providers may provide delivery, bounce, opt-out, sender, recipient, and interaction information needed to deliver and manage communications.
Sensitive Information, Media, and Biometric-Like Data
Some features may process sensitive information because you include it in a resume, profile, message, interview answer, meeting, recording, identity document, image, or uploaded file. Examples may include government identifiers, demographic information, disability or accommodation information, salary details, health-related context, immigration or work authorization information, or background-check-related information.
Voice, image, face, video, and recording analysis features may process audio or visual characteristics to provide the feature you request, such as transcription, interview feedback, media analysis, meeting summaries, or candidate-analysis workflows. Where applicable law treats this information as biometric or sensitive information, we process it only for the feature you enabled, security, compliance, or other permitted purposes.
Do not upload sensitive information about yourself or others unless it is necessary for the feature you are using and you have the right to provide it.
Google Sign-In and Google Integrations
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, Google account email address, and profile picture if available. We use this information to create, authenticate, secure, and personalize your JobBox account.
We do not use Google sign-in data for advertising, sell it, or use it for unrelated profiling. Our use of data received from Google APIs is limited to providing and improving user-facing features you request and is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Some JobBox features may allow you to export content to Google Docs or Google Drive. When you authorize those features, we request the scopes needed to create or update the document or file you selected. You can revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access may disable Google sign-in or document export features but does not automatically delete your JobBox account.
Public Visibility, Sharing, and Collaboration
Some Services allow you to publish or share information, including public profiles, company pages, job postings, portfolio links, shared JennyAI responses, documents, meeting links, recordings, transcripts, analysis shares, comments, or application materials. Public or shared information may be viewed, copied, forwarded, indexed, downloaded, or saved by others depending on the feature and settings.
Review your visibility settings and the content you share before publishing. If another user, employer, recruiter, agency, school, mentor, host, or workspace administrator shares or exports information about you, their privacy practices and obligations may also apply.

AI, Matching, and Automated Processing
JobBox uses AI and automation to help generate content, summarize meetings, recommend jobs or candidates, rank or match profiles, score fit, identify skill gaps, provide interview feedback, route requests, detect abuse, and personalize the Services.
AI-generated scores, rankings, summaries, suggestions, and feedback are estimates and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a specific decision. Employers, recruiters, organizations, and users are responsible for reviewing outputs and using appropriate human judgment before making employment, hiring, disciplinary, educational, financial, or other important decisions.
Where applicable law gives you rights related to automated decision-making, profiling, explanation, objection, or human review, you may contact privacy@getjobbox.com. If an organization controls the decision or workflow, we may direct your request to that organization.
